Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Luxury & Elegance by Ali, LLC. is not responsible for: Delays caused by the carrier, Lost, stolen, or damaged packages, Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
