All Sales Final

All purchases made through Luxury & Elegance by Ali, LLC. are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

This policy is standard within the pre‑loved luxury resale industry and ensures the integrity and safety of our inventory.

Condition Disclosure

Each item is sold as‑is in its current pre‑owned condition. Listings include:

  • Detailed descriptions

  • Clear photos

  • Noted signs of wear

  • Measurements and specifications

By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the item’s condition and accept it as described.

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.

If a buyer believes an item is not authentic, they must provide written documentation from a recognized third‑party authenticator within 48 hours of delivery.

If authenticity is disproven, a full refund will be issued. If documentation cannot be provided, the sale remains final.

Shipping Issues

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • packages damaged in transit

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the buyer

Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Order Cancellations
